This Genuine newspaper has a Wealth of Civil War reporting from during Abraham Lincoln's administration. The front page has a map titled:

"MEADE'S IMPORTANT MOVEMENTS"

Among the one column headlines on the Civil War are:

"THE GREAT VICTORY"
"The Rebels Surprised in Open Daylight"
"Hooker's Fight Above The Clouds"
"The Results Of The Victory"
"Meade's Army"
"Heavy Cannonading Heard on Friday"
"The Rebel Cavalry Driven Back"

and more. Also another map on page 5 is titled: "Banks' Success In Texas; The Capture of Corpus Christi and Aransas"

Complete in eight pages. This issue is not fragile as newsprint from this era was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. Minor spine wear, otherwise nice condition.
