HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, November 30, 1861  The entire front page is taken up with a print captioned: "Major-General Halleck, U.S.A., Commanding Our Army In Missouri". Inside has a small map of: "Fernandina, Florida"; a full page with two prints of: "Headquarters of General Wright at Fort Walker, Hilton Head, South Carolina, formerly Those of General Drayton of the Rebel Army"; and another full page with 3 prints of: "The Expedition to Beaufort--Before The Attack".
Other prints include: "Shells  and Their Manufacture" "The Town of Springfield, Missouri" "Plaza at Springfield..." "Interior of Fort Runyon, Near Alexandria, Virginia" "Fort Albany, Near Alexandria, Virginia"; a half page map: "Map of the Sea Coast of South Carolina, Showing the Depth of Water on Each Bar" "Captain S. F. Dupont, U.S.N." "Brigadier-General T. W. The doublepage centerfold has two nice naval prints: "The Great Expedition...On the Way to Port Royal Inlet" and "the Bombardment of forts Walker and Beauregard, Port Royal Inlet, South Carolina".
The back page has 3 political cartoon headed: "The Last Men at Beaufort, S.C." Complete in 16 pages, minor wear at margins, minor foxing.
