Taking all of the back page and half of page 3 is the: "President's Message", being the traditional state-of-the-union address, signed in type: John Quincy Adams. This was a tradition begun by Washington & is still carried on today.
Four pages, rejoined at the spine & nearly close-trimmed at the top of the spine but no text loss, clear tape at the folds (to flatten, not repair), scattered foxing, mostly at ftpg. folds.
