Page 33 has one column headings: "SON, 24, IS GUILTY IN MURDER OF SIX" and "Conviction Follows Longest Trial in Suffolk County" (see photos).
This was the crime that would be the basis for the book & series of movies titled "The Amityville Horror". A year after this tragedy another family moved into the house but after just 28 days they left the house, claiming to have been terrorized by paranormal phenomena while living there. Nice to have in this famous NYC title.
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day throughout. Complete in 48 pages, very minor margin wear, otherwise in very nice condition.
