The entire front page is taken up with a huge list: "A Complete List of the New House of Commons". Page 2 has a note: "...that Sir Henry Clinton has dispatched five regiments of foot for the encouragement & support of Lord Cornwallis...Sir Henry Clinton expressed the sincerest joy on the news of the laurels gained by Cornwallis..." with more (see).
Also on page 2 are additional reports from America including: "...there were at New York 15,000 effective regular troops...Washington has not 5000 Continental troops & according to the rebel accounts...his numbers had not exceeded 12,000 any time this campaign...Sir Henry Clinton will have a decided superiority to any thing that can be brought against him...Letters from Philadelphia say that provisions for victualing the American armies grows very scarce..."
