The top half of the first column on the front page is an "Address of the Trustees of a School at Germantown, to the President" followed by his response to them, signed in type: Go. Washington.
Page 2 has a report from "Pittsburg" noting: "...express arrived at...Fort Washington...to General Wayne from Col. Hamtramck, commanding at Post Vincennes, informing him that that garrison was attacked by the Indians..." (see photos).
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, great condition.
