The front page has a wealth of one column heads concerning the Civil War including "Spirited Skirmish & the Defeat of the Rebels", "Suburbs of Fredericksburg Occupied by Union Troops", "Arrival of Gen. Mitchel at Iuka", "Smart Skirmishes with the Rebels", "The Siege of Yorktown", "Occupation of Newmarket by Union Troops" and much more.

Plus the front page has two small maps showing the vicinity of Corinth, and the other showing the New Market vicinity. Pg. 5 also has a one column map of the Mississippi River from Belmont, Ky. to Memphis.
Complete in 8 pages, nice condition.
