Page 3 has news datelined from New York noting: "...a party of refugees from Long Island proceeded to West Chester...& brought off...50 milch cows, 12 or 14 horses & 150 sheep which they drove to Jamaica Plains...the 37th regiment with a detachment of Col. Barton's & some refugees went over from Staten Island to the Jerseys, marched up to Woolbridge & attacked a company of militia...to intercept the country people coming to New York market or loyalists from joining the royal army..." with more (see).
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
