THE NEW YORK TIMES, July 26, 2000 The front page of this issue features a headline "113 Die in First Crash of a Concorde" and includes a 6.25 x 3.5 inch photo of "The Air France Concorde trailing flames just before it crashed after takeoff yesterday afternoon near Paris." The flight had crashed within minutes upon takeoff, killing all passengers and crew members as well as person on the ground.  An associated article is entitled "Plane of the Future Is Showing Its Age".
