VALLEY SENTINEL, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, February 6, 1912  The front page of the issue carries a report of "James Eads How - 'Millionaire Hobo' Presides at Tramp Congress - Hobos In Convention" with subhead "Delegates at Cincinnati Gathering Hear Talk About Jobs". "...One of the interesting personalities of the convention was Harry Wilson, a Chicago printer, who arrived via the underslung Pullman route with 1000 buttons for distribution bearing the legend 'I am an undesirable citizen.'" This also includes a photo of Mr. How who was a millionaire who dedicated his life to the homeless and migrant workers, published the Hobo News,organized the International Brotherhood Welfare Association, hobo colleges and hobo conventions.
