Inside has: "By a letter from London...that the consideration of the stamp act was expected to come on next day. The Distributor for Virginia arrived on Saturday...pretty generally reported that the act will not be repealed, but that ships of war will be ordered to go & seize all ships who sail from the American ports & are not cleared..." (see).
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inches, never-trimmed margins, partial red tax stamp on the back page, nice condition.
