THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, March 4, 1775  An inside page contains a nearly 2 column letter from the Earl of Dunmore in Williamsburg to the House of Commons (see) in which the situation in America is discussed, including: "...the associations first, in part, entered into, recommended by the people of this colony, and adopted by what is called the Continental Congress, are now enforcing throughout this country with the greatest rigour..." with much more. It ends with: "...I am firmly persuaded that the colony, even by their own acts and deeds, must be brought to see the necessity of depending on its mother country, and of embracing its authority." Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inches, nice condition.
