This 44 page newspaper has a 8 x 6 inch advertisement for the opening day movie premiere of "Manhattan Melodrama" starring Clark Gable at the Capital Theater in New York City.
This would became famous for being the movie John Dillinger viewed just prior to his assassination outside of a Chicago theater a few months later.
