Not only a newspaper from the Confederacy, but from its capital. Among the front page reports are: "Kentucky"  "Disease In Armies" "Sale of Captured Yankee Vessels" "Russell as a Reporter" "From Pensacola" "Lincoln as a Letter Writer" "Maryland--An Appeal" "Southern Resources" "Lincoln Troops at Louisville" and other items.
War reporting carries over to the inside pages as well with a lengthy editorial, plus: "Observations & Reflections on the War--Conduct of the War" "An Affecting Scene" "Picture of Paducah, Ky." "Vampires" "Health of the Army" "From Norfolk" "From North Carolina" "Interesting From Kentucky" "Federal & Confederate War Matters" and even more.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, foxing throughout, generally in good condition.
