The notable feature of this issue is the unusual engraving of a phoenix rising out of the ashes (see photo). The front page has a full column "Proclamation" by the governor for a day of thanksgiving and prayer. Much of the remaining content is from Europe.
Four pages, minor foxing, very nice condition. A very scarce title.
