A quite rare & early title from the capital of Penna. (has since list the last "h"). Page 3 has: "The Jews" which concerning a plan for a tract of land in the Mississippi: "...for the purpose of establishing a settlement in this country to which all those who are persecuted may repair...that Mr. Noah, the Editor of the National Advocate, has petitioned the sale of Grand Island in the Niagara River to him for the purpose of building a city thereon & inviting to that spot a community of enterprizing Jews from several parts of the globe..." (see photos).
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed and in great condition.
