A quite rare--and early--title from Montana, 18 years before it would become a state. This newspaper published from 1868 - 1874. A typical newspaper of the day with the entire front page taken up with ads, many with a Western theme, with news on page 3, and much of pages 3 & 4 taken up with notices & more ads, several of which are illustrated.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, great condition.
