A nice newspaper from the capital of the Confederate states with the front page taken up various advertisements and news, including; "The Northern Congress" "The Emancipation Question" "The Only Compromise With the Rebels" as well as "Notes Of The War".
The inside pages have various Civil War reports from the Confederate perspective, including items headed: "Movements and Spirit Of The War--The Battle In Kentucky" "The Latest" "The Late Mr. Tyler" "The Burnside Expedition--Rumours" "The Texas Road" "Military Dandies" and much reporting from the: "Legislature of Virginia" as well as: "Latest Northern News" among smaller items also.
The back page is mostly taken up with advertisements and Acts from the Confederate Congress. Complete in four pages, never bound nor trimmed, and in very nice, clean condition.
