This 22 page newspaper has a two column headline on page 8: "Yanks Check Serious Slump With Victory Over Senators" with text that includes: "...Four veteran New York stars viewed the rally from the bench... and ...Gehrig was at first..."
This was when Wally Pipp was replaced with a young Lou Gehrig which would be the first game played in his famous 2,130 game streak.
