THE EDINBURGH EVENING COURANT, Scotland, March 11, 1761 As seen in the photo the front page includes a nice red-inked tax stamp (100%) which not only has the restrike die number but the plate number (80%) as well: "No. 2" or "No. 3" (it is difficult to determine which) in the lower right corner. This four page newspaper has considerable news from Europe throughout, with the entire front page taken up with ads.
Complete in 4 pages and in very nice condition. Measures about 9 3/4 by 15 inches.
