Page 2 has: "...letter from an officer...dated St. Eustatia...says, 'The taking of this important island will be a fatal stroke to the Americans, as well as the Dutch, great quantity of provisions...we found here being intended for the use of Washington's army & the French troops.' "
Complete in eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches, and in very nice condition.
