Among the front page one column heads are: "From General Sherman" "He Cuts The Danville Road!", "Reported Occupation of Raleigh", "The Potomac Army", "Gen. Sheridan's Captures", "Further Incidents of the Pursuit of Lee" and much more.
Page 5 contains a: "Proclamation By the President - Closing of Southern Ports" signed in type by: Abraham Lincoln, presumably one of the last documents he would sign prior to his assassination a few days later.

Complete with eight pages, and in nice condition.
