This is essentially a "Supplement" issue for the year 1735, which contains "Poems on Life, Death, Judgment, Heaven, and Hell" Disbound from a larger bound volume, approximately 40 pages, even browning, nice condition. An uncommon item measuring about 5 by 8 inches.
