Page 2 has a column taken up with: "Patriotism--the Principle which Will Insure Greatness & Happiness to Our country". Pg. 2 also has an addressed "To the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Humble Address of the Agents for the American Loyalists". And another item from North Carolina notes: "The Convention of this state broke up last Monday after deliberating, arguing & laboriously debating for 15 days without either rejecting or adopting the proposed Constitution...". Other items relating to the federal government as well.
Four pages, various light damp staining but causing no loss, some rubbing to the ftpg., rejoined at the spine, loss to the lower right of the front leaf affects no mentioned items.
