THE KANSAS CITY JOURNAL, Kansas City, Missouri, April 5, 1917  This 10 page newspaper has three column headlines on the front page that include: "VOTES FOR WAR" "U.S. Senate Stands 82  to 6" "TO ASK MILLIONS" and more with subheads. (see)

This tells of the impeding declaration war which put America into World War I which would be on this day.
 
Usual browning with little spine wear, otherwise in good condition. Should be handled with care.
