FARMER"S MUSEUM, or LITERARY GAZETTE, Walpole, New Hampshire, July 28, 1804  This issue has all three desired key elements re: the death of Alexander Hamilton:  His will, the funeral oration, and particulars of his death.  The issue is complete in 4 pages, has scattered foxing, and although there is scattered light inking, most (if not all) of the key content is legible (see images for details).  Truly a fantastic issue - best viewed through the available images.
