November 01, 1809

BOSTON PATRIOT, Nov. 1, 1809 A pg. 2 report says: "The remains of the late General Anthony Wayne, which had been deposited in the neighbourhood of Lake Erie, have been removed by Isaac Wayne, Esq., the son of that illustrious Pennsylvanian, to Radnor Church, in the county of Chester..., and that the Pa. Society of the Cincinnati appropriated $500 for a monument in his memory."  Also included on the front page is the continued "Correspondence of the Late President Adams", taking more than three columns (see images), and signed in block type, John Adams.
