O. Scott, A.A.A.G. This is then followed by a lengthy editorial on the mindset of the Commander-in-chief of the army in Mexico and the crimes and bloodshed that occurs. There are a variety of articles and numerous advertisements, some of which are illustrated in this issue as well.

This is complete in four pages, which stray handwriting above the masthead, a few small edge tears and a slight irregular spine. There is also the remains of a substance at the beginning of the masthead.
