NEW YORK TIMES, New York, March 29, 1951  The frontpage of this issue features a one column, three line "Spy Jury Locked Up After Deciding on 2 in Atom Conspiracy" with subheads "Panel in 6 1/2-Hour Study, but Still Must Reach Verdict on the Third Defendant" "To Resme Debate Today" "One Juror Holding Up Complete Findings - Judge Kaufman Gives 12,000 Word Charge".  This is in reference to the Rosenberg's trials. Page 10 contains "Excerpts from Kauman's Charge to Jury in Atom Spy Trial" along with a photo of Judge Irving R. Kaufman. Another article in this issue is "(Jose) Ferrer Denies He is Red - Actor Offers to Cooperate with House Hollywood Inquiry".

This rag issue is the complete in 56 pages and is very nice condition.
