The front page features two Civil War maps, headed: "Operations In South Carolina" and "Map of Eastern Tennessee--Morristown, the Scene of Parson Brownlow's Exploit..." The balance of the ftpg. is taken up with various Civil War reports including: "Important From Port Royal" "Gen. Viele's Expedition not Yet Started" "Beaufort Still Unoccupied" "The Whole Tract from Tybee to Charleston Deserted by the Whites" "Destruction of Storehouses by Rebel Incendiaries" "General Good Behavior of the Blacks" and more.
Eight pages, slightly irregular at the spine margin, some browning to the left & top, otherwise good..
