The only plate called for is present, being a nice foldout measuring 8 by 10 inches (see). This plate is irregular at the left margin causing minimal loss to the lower left corner of the border. Otherwise it is nice.
Complete as a 48 page issue measuring 5 by 8 inches with full title/contents page featuring an engraving of St. John's Gate. Very nice condition.
