This issue has much content on the troubles in France, with most of the front page taken up with a letter from the French ambassador to the United States, and most of pg. 2 taken up with reports from the "Council of Five Hundred" and the "Executive Director". Pg. 3 has various items from the United States plus some ads, and the back page has a report on the "National Birthday" with many toasts.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
