Calls itself: "A Journal of Entertainment, Improvement, and Progress." with a very ornate masthead (see). Among the three front page prints is one of: "Piedmont, 'Foot of The Mountain' " with a bit of text (see). This is a town in what is now West Virginia.
The back page has a nice diagram of a ship labeled with: "The Technical Terms for the Different Parts of a Ship." (see).
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, some margin wear, mostly good.
