The sports page, page 14, contains a report which mentions that Babe Ruth is about to be traded, including: "Connie Mack is planning big changes...if Mack turned one of his outfielders, most likely Walsh, over to Baltimore, & in return received Ruth or Shore, or both...Jack Dunn is Ruth's guardian & this would be turned over on Connie Mack...Ruth is going to be another Waddell..." (see).
Early mention of Babe Ruth. Complete in 22 pages, some tears at margins and the central fold, even browning. Should be handled with care.
