On pg. 2 under "Interesting Correspondence" is a letter from General Proctor to General Harrison, plus an exchange between Generals William. H. Harrison and Vincent., with Harrison's being quite detailed.
Also a letter to Congress transmitting documents of Lord Castlereagh, signed in type: James Madison, followed by the text of Castlereagh's documents
This issue is complete in 4 pages. Has some lite foxing that does not affect key content.
