DAILY RICHMOND EXAMINER, Virginia, a trio of issues dated Nov. 27, 1863; Feb. 25, 1864; and April 19, 1864.
* Rare Confederate issues from the rebel capital
* Lot of (3) second rate originals
These issues contain a considerable amount of Civil War reporting--from the Confederate perspective--with reports headed: "The War News" "White Slavery In The North" "The Treatment of the Negro By the Enemy" "General Bragg Commander-In-Chief" "From the Valley--Capture of a Yankee Wagon Train" "Yankee Accounts from Charleston" and much, much more.
Each issue is complete as a single sheet, but has various wear including some holes, printing errors, with some text loss, some loss at margins, or similar problems. Offered as a trio of "2nd rate" issues still with a great wealth of reporting from the capital of the Confederacy.
