* Two German Jews and their families living in Jeffersonville, Indiana, of the name of Young and Fishley, are preparing to proceed to Grand Island, on the Niagara River, to inhabit the new town laid off there by Mr. M. Noah, prince of Israel, called the city of refuge


M. Noah is the infamous Mordecai Manuel Noah.
