A handsome single sheet newspaper which features two engravings in the masthead, one showing a post boy on horseback "trumpeting" the news & the other showing an angel doing the same.
The ftpg. has various news reports from Paris, Edinburgh, Deal, and London and a few ads. The back page is entirely taken up with ads and also has most of a darkly inked red tax stamp in the margin (see).
Complete as a single sheet newspaper measuring 8 1/4 by 14 inches, a bit irregular at the top margin bot not affecting any inked area, generally in very nice condition.
