A page 3 report from a Nashville paper says that Vice-President Johnson visited Gen. Jackson at the Hermitage the previous day, and that he "took lodgings" at the Nashville Inn.
Other news of the day with ads throughout. Also has an ad headed: "Cash For Negroes".
This is complete in four pages with some scattered staining, otherwise is in good condition.
Some light foxing and little spine wear, otherwise in nice condition. 4 pages.
