This Genuine newspaper has a Wealth of Civil War reporting from during Abraham Lincoln's administration.

Among the one column headlines on the Civil War are: "IMPORTANT FROM THE POTOMAC" "The Rebels Reported Crossing the River at Dam No. Five" "The Invasion of Pennsylvania" "THE SURRENDER OF CHAMBERSBURG" "Evacuation of The Town By The Enemy" "NEWS FROM M'CLELLAN"S ARMY" and more.

Complete in eight pages. This issue is not fragile as newsprint from this era was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. There is large piece missing to the upper right portion of the last two leafs, otherwise in nice condition.
