This 40 page magazine has the full title/index page with a nice engraving of St. John's Gate. One of the prime features of this issue is the nice foldout map titled: "An Exact Draught of the Castle of San Lorenzo & Village & River of Chagre..." which is in present-day Panama (see). There is also a related article on this as well. This foldout map measures about 6 1/2 by 8 inches, and is in excellent condition.
Among the other interesting articles in this issue is one on the Guinea slave trade.
The magazine measures about 5 by 8 1/4 inches and is also in excellent condition. This issue contains only ONE of the maps - that of Chagre.
