CHRISTIAN ADVOCATE AND JOURNAL AND ZION'S HERALD, New York, February 5, 1830  Page 3 has under "Died" is a report that says: "At his residence in Indian village, near Buffalo, the noted Seneca chief Sa-gu-yu-wha-hah, (Keeper Awake) so long known to the whites by the appellation of Red Jacket, aged 80 years."
