Part Latin and part English document from Great Britain, being an obligation bond between two people. The top portion is in Latin and the bottom portion in English, with four signatures at the bottom. The bottom right still has most of two red wax seal present (usually missing), with two totally missing.
The date is in Latin in the first paragraph but is also on the reverse as: "9 May, 1676".
Very nice handwriting, on sheepskin, measuring 5 by 14 3/4 inches.
