Included is talk about the Sante Fe Expedition, plus a mention that Sam Houston sent a war message to the Texas Congress. Some discussion of Mexicans, and some details about the growth of Houston, its weather and more can also be found. This article takes approximately 2/3 of a column.
This issue is both complete in 4 pages and other than a slightly rough left spine (see images), it is in good condition.
