The bold headline states "FBI SIFTS ALA. CHURCH BOMBING" with article headlines of "Blast Kills 4 Negro Girls, Sparks Riot" "Dead Girl's Place Will Never Be Filled for Stunned Father" "Rights Fight Will Go on, Says Leader" with additional related stories being within the issue. "R.(Robert) Kennedy Rushes Top Aides South" article is also on the front of the issue as well as "A Chat With 'Old Farmer Ike'" which is referring to Gen. Eisenhower.

The complete 44 page issue does have an archival mend to the upper left section of the front page, contains a library stamp in the masthead, otherwise is in nice condition.
