Within this issue is an article headed:

* A Scheme Proposed for Driving the French out of the Continent of America in one Year's Time

which has interesting reading, and a great deal of content on the plans for the French & Indian War, with mentions of Crown Point, Albany, Lake Champlain, Montreal,& much more.

In the "Historical Chronicle" section are details about the "...numbers lost in the action under Gen. Braddock...", with mention that "...most of the wounded were scalped by the enemy..." , & more, plus other war news.

A lengthy report is headed: "Account of the British Settlements in Pennsylvania". Plus another report which references the capture of Fort Duquesne near Pittsburgh, and mention of Braddock as well and the fighting techniques of the Indians.

Octavo-size, 44 pages, has a full title/index page with an engraving of St. John's Gate in the masthead. Nice condition.
