On the back page of this issue is an article entitled "Iron Mask" which is nearly two full columns in length. Page 3 also features a report of the capital musical clock which was presented to the Empeor of Morocco as it was being returned for repairs as they did not have artist capable to do so.
This is a complete 4 page issue which and has a few very lite stains, otherwise is in good condition. It features a partial red ink tax stamp on the bottom right hand corner of page 3.
