The middle of pg. 2 is taken up with an Act of Congress concerning establishing federal judicial courts in Rhode Island, signed in type by John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington, and headed with a nice engraving of a heraldic eagle (see photos).
Over half of pg. 3 is taken up with reports from Congress. Complete in 4 pages, slight discoloration to a portion of the right margin, nice condition.
