This newspaper, which was primarily a sporting newspaper, has a quite lengthy article headed: "Billiards" with an accompanying subtitle reading: "The Billiard Players of America".
Additionally, another article found within this issue and entitled: "Our Chess Department" includes a "problem of the week" and the answer to the previous weeks' problem.
One article headed: "Baseball" includes a box score from a game between Star and Powhatan.
This 16 page issue also includes some Civil War reports as well as other sports items (including Cricket and Boxing). Nice.
