April 14, 1863
THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, Pa., April 14, 1863  The ftpg. features not one but two Civil War maps, headed: "Gen. Foster's Situation in N.C." and "Scene of Action in Charleston Harbor" (see photos). There is much related text for both maps plus additional first column heads which include: "Graphic Description of the Naval Attack on Charleston" "General Foster's Situation in North Carolina" "Admiral Farragut Reported to be Entrapped in Red River" "Review of the Troops by the President" and more (see photos). Complete in 8 pgs., never-trimmed margins, binding slits at the blank spine do not affect text, generally nice & displayable.
